Great location. Very clean. Needs a little upgrade E.g. extractor fan in one the bathroom is extremely loud, if someone uses the restroom ~at night, it will wake everyone up. Dishwasher was smelly with stagnant water in it. Kitchen tap very fiddly.

Great location, great communication from the host. Unbeatable value! Clean apartment, easy check-in. You also get access to the condo amenities. I can only recommend it. Brickell is my favourite. Thank you Sylvia and Alec!
