Things to Note: Full Linen Package Supplied: All bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and tea towels are provided for every reservation. The beds will be made up for your arrival so you can begin your holiday straight away and not have to think about about what sheets and sizes to bring etc. I provide a fresh linen set every 6 nights so you won't have to do any laundry during your holiday, though there is a front loader washing machine for you to use if needed. Pets: I'm sorry but this property does not allow Pets. Security Deposit: A NZ$500 Security deposit is required. This is not a charge. It is simply a hold on your credit card applied 24 hours before your check-in and will be released after the property has been inspected for damage, missing items or excess cleaning. This property has a Minut environment monitor installed which monitors the temperature, humidity, smoke alarm activations and sound levels within the house.
