There are three buildings (3 floors each) in the complex and it has less than 30 parking spaces. The front office know that until you move in and ask again.. then they tell you can park on the busy street that you have hard time to cross it... the owner of the unit just worried about they put in big investment, so a list of chores will put on co...

Staying in #231 at the Islander Inn was great for us and our week on the Big Island.
