The Featherbed Inn is a casually luxurious 1806 farmhouse B&B, offering imaginative gourmet three-course breakfasts and optional dinners, large rooms complete with European featherbeds and ensuite bathrooms, outdoor firepits perfect for hanging out with old and new friends, yoga classes out on our meadow, and friendly hosts who are happy to help you make the most of your stay in the Mad River Valley. We are committed to making the Featherbed Inn a joyful yet safe destination, by providing spaces both indoors and out that allow for social distancing and by ensuring that all of our guests comply with Vermont’s travel requirements. All our rooms and suites have sitting areas with high-speed WiFi suitable for working/studying remotely. We offer a variety of lodging options, including a one-bedroom cottage and a two/three-bedroom cottage, each with full kitchens and comfortable living/dining rooms. Some of our rooms have separate entrances, and we have two spacious family suites. Some of our rooms, including the cottages, are dog friendly (please check with us in advance if you want to bring your dog). We are situated just around the bend from several wonderful restaurants and breweries (including Lawson’s Finest Liquids), next door to American Flatbread, and across the road from swimming holes in the Mad River.
