( catch and release rule in effect ) - 15 minutes from skiing (at Big Boulder) - 20 minutes from waterpark (at Split Rock) - 15 minutes from hiking (Hickory Run State Park, Hawk Falls) - Also nearby - paintball, restaurants, nightlife Please Note: - Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. - No Fireworks, Open Fires, Smoking Indoors, or Pets - Parties that go into the night are not well received in this community and fines are regularly issued for noise complaints. Quiet hours begin at 10PM. Guest is responsible for any fines incurred during their stay. - All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior of the house and grounds when terminating your stay and brought to the dumpster. - The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community.
