The river outfitters are easily accessible since they park their shuttles across the street from the condo. The entrance to Schlitterbahn is about a block away making it easy to go in and out of the waterpark with young children. Spend your evenings on the balcony overlooking the Comal River after a long day of tubing or just relax and enjoy the amazing view! All linens are furnished.Only two parking passes provided with one guaranteed numbered spot. The second parking pass is for general parking and is 'first come first served. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Guests will also be provided with 8 wristbands (max amount allowed). No pets allowed. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces.
