Step inside our charming Florida-style retreat, designed for comfort and function. The main living area has an open living floor plan, making it easy to enjoy the company of your group. Two of the bedrooms feature king beds with memory foam mattresses and the 3rd room offers a twin daybed with twin trundle bed. All beds have a variety of soft and firm sleeping pillows. Beachside living awaits on the screened patio, complete with an outdoor dining table and lounge set. In the backyard, cook up your favorite meal on the charcoal BBQ grill while your family and friends play bean bag toss. soak up the sun in our loungers or play outdoor games. At night, gather around the custom, mermaid fire pit. The front yard and nearby beach provide front-row seats to rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center. The home is also well appointed with beach gear ranging from beach chairs and umbrellas to playful toys and coolers– plus wagons to carry it all. Rental Agreement: All guests must sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours). Failure to sign will result in cancellation of the reservation with applicable penalties. 2. Accessibility: The home is accessible only via a small step at the main entrance. 3. Transportation: Vehicle recommended but walking distance to nearby amenities; bike rentals available nearby. 4. Fencing: Our backyard is fully fenced with a large gate on the right of the home. However, due to unlevel ground, there are small gaps around the perimeter where smaller dogs or "diggers" could escape. 5. Firepit: The firepit is available year-round however there are times the local government may institute burn bans at times which would prevent the use of the firepit. 6. Sleeping Arrangements: 2 king beds + a twin daybed with trundle (2 twins total) accommodating up to 6 guests. 7. Dynamic Rates: Our rates vary based on the day of the week, season, and other factors. Please enter your exact dates and guest count for accurate pricing. 8. Minimum Age: Primary renter must be 21+. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by parents or guardians at all times. 9. Saturday check-ins/checkouts: not available. 10. Pets: We welcome potty trained dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $25/day. Please indicate the number of dogs (max 2) during or after booking. The pet fee is in addition to your reservation total and will be requested separately after making your reservation. Payment is due within 48 hours of reservation being made or immediately if reservation begins within 48 hours. Cats, birds, reptiles, ferrets, and other non-human animals are NOT allowed. Additional pet "house rules" apply. 11. Nature and Pests: Expect bugs in the South. While we take precautions to prevent critters from entering the home, occasional encounters are inevitable. 12. Home Age: Our nearly 80-year-old home underwent a renovation in 2019 however has retained some charming creaks and imperfections unseen in photos. 13. Smart Home / Security Features: Our home is equipped with smart home technology and security devices. Exterior security cameras are installed at the front door facing the walkway and over the garage facing the driveway. There are NO interior cameras present. A noise monitoring device that transmits decibels only (no actual audio) is located in the living room to help us stay in compliance with city & county regulations. Echo devices are available and considered listening devices inside the home. If preferred, echo devices can be unplugged for your stay.
