Great location for access to town and ski lift! The condo was so comfortable and cozy and very clean. We were there with two adults and 5 kids and we had tons of room.
Jacob was great to work with during this even. He was very helpful and responded quickly. Everything was great with the unit with one exception. The TV situation was terrible, figuring out all the remotes was awful. Who uses a DVD player anymore? A smart TV is needed or Roku.

Overall this property was great. There were 5 remotes so it took a while to figure out how to use them. A guide for them would’ve been great. The carpets were stained and the walls banged up in places but I guess that’s normal for a rental. This property was perfectly situated in downtown Breck. My nephew and I were on a trip trough this area (he is from VA), the location was perfect, the rental was clean and comfortable.

Great location! You can walk to Main Street & practically everywhere. Bus & trolley are also free. Property condition was good maybe just a tv update would be nice. I loved the kitchen had lots of appliances, etc...

Payment Terms. A refundable credit card charge equal to 50% of total charges is required at the time of booking. The balance is due by check 30 days prior to arrival (see deposit schedule above). If the booking is within 30 days of arrival, then the entire balance is due at time of booking.
