I came as the chaperone for my daughter (age 20) and 12 friends (age 20 and up) for spring break from LSU. The house was perfect! Everyone had plenty of room and space. The kitchen was well-stocked and we ate 2 dinners in during our stay. The walk to the beach was so easy. The community is cute and we felt very safe.

This home is in a nice neighborhood, but needs to be upgraded in a couple areas. The outdoor furniture is rusted and the a couple of the chairs legs has rusted off uneven. I don’t like to list negative comments, but we wouldn’t stay in this area on spring break again. It wasn’t particularly only the house though.

This was for a last minute getaway for a group of us during Spring Break. It was absolutely perfect! The property host was wonderful and great to communicate with throughout the process. Location couldn’t have been better and the house had a great layout for all of us. Thank you, thank you!!!

It was a nice house but definitely bring extras (detergent,trash bags, towels, toilet paper) if you are staying with a larger group.
