It's located within easy walking distance of the Vivint Arena, Temple Square, Gateway Mall, Salt Palace, City Creek Mall, and dozens of great restaurants.There are two full-sized grocery stores nearby, as well as dozens of restaurants and shops in the Gateway Shopping District, which is a very walkable and eclectic district full of shops, brew-pubs, sports bars, museums, comedy clubs, laser tag, and a Dave & Busters. There is a light rail stop close to the condo complex that can take you all over town, as well as to/from the airport.The condo complex has a large gym with free weights, cable weight machines, and cardio equipment. There are several jungle gyms in the complex for kids. Dogs are welcome, and will require a $99 pet fee per stay. No cats allowed. All cancellations made within the cancellation window will have to pay a 3% fee for the total amount paid to cover credit card processing fees.The condo unit is on the top floor, so no noise from any neighbors above.
