It comes with one free indoor garage space and unlimited free parking on the street. No cats allowed. Dogs require a $99 pet fee.This is a gated community with high-security entrances and gates. We own another several other condos in this same complex, so if you're looking for more space, we can rent more than one of them to you. All linens and towels are included. We have four total condo units in this condo complex, so let us know if you need more than just this one.
