After a life of family adventures and traveling, Kathy and Phil developed a passion for new experiences, meeting new people, and sharing stories. With a wealth of tales of their own from their trips to the Grand Canyon, Sierra Mountains, The Alps, Paris, Venice, Rome, and the Outer Banks of North Carolina, they decided to marry their adventuring spirits to the place they call home through the Bellefonte B&B. Phil studied engineering at Penn State University and Kathy studied art education at Mi
