Cancellation Policy
If you elect to book a property through any Resortia LLC affiliated entity, you will be subject to the terms of the guest rental agreement for that reservation. Unless otherwise stated in the Guest Rental Agreement, the standard payment terms require a 50% payment at time of booking, with the balance paid 60 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required to secure a reservation. If a guest wishes to cancel a reservation more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, there will be a 25% cancellation
