Hardwood floors throughout except for tile in the bathrooms. Master bath has large shower that is handicap-friendly (a wheelchair can be rolled into the shower). Plenty of deck and porch space to enjoy the sun or shade. Flat screen TV's throughout, expanded cable, WIFI, high chair, pack-n-play, laundry room.
