The interior floor plan features an open and airy living/dining concept with vaulted ceilings, tasteful furnishings, an open hearth gas fireplace, a breakfast bar with two stools, a large fully equipped kitchen and dining area including a dishwasher and a dining table with ample seating for four, one bedroom with 1-king sized bed plus its own gas fireplace (romantic!) and one full bath en-suite, plus an additional ¾-bath with a laundry cubby that includes a full size washer/dryer. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals another large bedroom with 1-king sized bed and yet another ¾-bath..and check out that tile work! Just outside the back door is a privacy fenced deck with a private hot tub. Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions.
