We have stayed at Palmetto Dunes many times and have been very happy with the accomodations until our stay at 7621 Huntington Villas. We arrived to sulfer smelling water...we were told to run the water for 30 minutes. It took 60 minutes; what a waste of water. We drank bottled water all week and used it for cooking as well. The unit was not cleane...

Nice.
Great location, short walk to the beach. The villa was very clean. The pool would be the only negative from our week. Since it's surrounded by trees, it can get dirty with debris. Also, since it rarely gets sunlight, the water can be colder that we would like. Overall, a terrific vacation in Palmetto Dunes.

The villa was perfect for us! We had 7 people (3 kids and 4 adults) and had plenty of room for all. Having the sunroom instead of a screened porch helped with expanding the space. Very nice property with great sleeping accommodations! Cleanest property we’ve stayed in and this is our 10th visit. Only real issue was the trash management, there was only one can for two units. Glass dining table and coffee table not a good choice for families with younger kids, felt it was a possible safety hazard.
