We arrived at 3:00, were turned away for check in only to be called at 3:30. Seems like we could have just checked in at 3:00; or asked to wait just a bit. Also bathrooms at property mgmt location were disgusting. Condo door trims and floors were dirty.

Cancellation Policy- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival by Guest for villa/condominium rentals and 60 days or more prior to arrival for private home rentals, will receive a refund of any deposit paid, less an administrative fee of $75.00.
