About The Property

This beautiful National Register Victorian house (formerly known as The Mead House) was built in 1882 and became the home of Dr. Jerry Morris Hyde and the Hyde Family descendants for almost 90 years. Originally built by Dr. I. P. Primrose for his daughter Sarah and her new husband, it was sold to Dr. Hyde in 1890.
