Oscar Gill House

About the Inn

The Oscar Gill House is one of Anchorage's most popular bed & breakfast guesthouses. This 1913 home was originally built across the Cook Inlet in Knik, Alaska, by pioneer and former Anchorage Mayor Oscar Gill. Moved and renovated by owners Mark and Susan Lutz in cooperation with Anchorage Historic Properties, this private homestay is now located in a quiet downtown neighborhood on the Delaney Park Strip bordering the Cook Inlet with views of Denali and Sleeping Lady.
