Camellia Inn is a romantic and charming home built in 1871. We are located in Healdsburg, in California's Sonoma County, where there is plenty of wine to keep your glass full. Our inn features architectural treasures including marble fireplaces and double parlors. At the inn and at nearby sites we have over 15 sleeping accommodations to choose from, each with a private bath. In the morning, enjoy our delicious full breakfast, and after a day exploring, relax with wine and cheese in our parlor.
Welcome to the Camellia Inn Bed & Breakfast! Our home is conveniently close to both the famed California wine country and many outdoor recreation activities including boating and sailing. We are also just steps from the historic Plaza in Healdsburg, providing guests a chance to explore many shops, antique stores, and trendy restaurants. There are three renowned wine regions surrounding our inn and dozens of wine tasting rooms.
With more than 25 years of bed and breakfast experience, Lucy Lewand and her staff know how to make your stay in the Sonoma Wine Country a long remembered getaway. Lucy learned about Innkeeping from her parents Ray and Del Lewand who opened and ran the Inn, the first official Inn in Healdsburg, for many years. “I am so lucky to live in heart of wine country. Besides hosting guests – I take ballroom dancing lessons, am a member of 2 book clubs ( gourmet potlucks), love movies and community activities. I’ve been lucky to travel the world with friends and family. Archie and I also host live celtic music several times a year at the inn and in January/February put on a Robert Burns dinner! I am also fortunate to have the best staff on the planet – my housekeepers have been with us for almost 30 years!! We are around most of the time but when we’re out our innkeepers can help guests with whatever they need.” -Lucy
