Brick House on Main is more than just a bed & breakfast. It is an inviting home, and our guests feel welcome from the moment they walk inside.
Why choose us?
Privacy... Our home features two fantastic guest rooms, each with a luxurious queen-sized bed, but we only accept one booking per night. As our only guests, you will enjoy a quiet stay with no noisy neighbors - and no need to worry about social distancing. We happily accept friends or larger families who will use both guest rooms and share the guest bathroom, but we never ask strangers to share our guest space.
Made just for you... A homemade breakfast - cooked just for you - is included in your stay. We source local ingredients whenever possible for our breakfasts. We buy eggs, sausage & bacon from local veteran owned farms. Our coffee beans are locally roasted by our neighbors at their bakery/roastery in nearby Dover. Our baked goods are all made from scratch in our own kitchen.
Room to relax... As our guests, you're welcome to relax on the front porch, patio or in the climate-controlled sun room near the patio. The dining room is also yours to use. Families with children can enjoy our huge front yard or walk a block to the local park.
Places to Go. Things to Do... Our community is a safe and friendly place to walk, bike and explore, but there are dozens and dozens of nearby places of interest – wineries & craft breweries, unique and wonderful museums, hiking/biking trails, boating/kayaking on nearby lakes and, of course, Ohio’s Amish Country.
What else? Great hospitality and a peaceful, elegant 1879 home, just a few miles east of I-77, Exit 65 in eastern Ohio. Give us a try. You'll see why our guests look forward to their next stay at Brick House on Main Bed & Breakfast.

We're Jim & Cathy Marker.
We've been happily married since 1979.
Jim's a retired civil engineer who serves as groundskeeper & maintenance man for our B&B. He found this lovely old home to fulfill Cathy's dream of owning a B&B.
Cathy loves to cook & bake and also covers day-to-day B&B operations.
Together we enjoy meeting new people and making them feel welcome in our home.
