Arctic Guesthouse & Igloos is a small accommodation business located in Ranua, Finnish Lapland. With us you can book your stay in one of our 10 fully movable AuroraHut glass igloos and in a traditional bed and breakfast guesthouse that has been serving its guests in many different roles ever since the 1940s. All our booking rates include towels, linens, buffet breakfast and access rights to our guesthouse's electric sauna. Along with our accommodation options, we also arrange both guided and independent activities to our visitors. These activities are available year-round and most of them can be arranged right next to our accommodation location, which makes them easily accessible for the whole family. We also have a restaurant that is open every day, around the year. Inside the restaurant, you can enjoy lunch and dinner, cold and hot drinks and sweet and savory snacks from morning until the evening. There is also a private shuttle service available for people who are coming from Rovaniemi or Oulu. So why stay with us? Well, if you are looking for a real Lapland experience, you have most definitely come to the right place. Ranua is a small town with about four thousand people and way less touristic than many other destinations in Lapland. This will allow you to enjoy the real Lapland in middle of the most beautiful nature of Finland. We are also ideally located for activities: Ranua Wildlife Park is only about five minutes drive away and the city of Rovaniemi is just one hour away from us. Ski centers such as Syöte are also only about one hour away from us.
