Peanut butter cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 roll (18oz) Pillsbury refrigerated peanut butter cookies
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts

Directions:

Divide chocolate mixture evenly on top of the peanut butter mixture in each cup (about 1 Tbs. each). Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the top of each. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
