This dreamy family home is located in a safe and welcoming Meridian Idaho neighborhood. Stepping in through the front door you'll instantly notice the love and care that continuously flows through this home. This home features an updated kitchen stocked with all you may need during your stay. There are 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bath rooms. Along with the kitchen, half bath, living room, and office space with a bean bag that turns into a king size mattress, the main level has a mother in law suite with queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, and beautiful balcony. Also upstairs there is 3 other bed rooms and a bathroom. One bedroom with a full bed, the other with two full beds, and a final room with a toddler bed. There is also a bonus space with fun activities for the kiddos. House Rules and Important Notices: The pool is scheduled to open May 19th. We only have one pool key fob and it costs $50 for a replacement. Please do your best not to lose it! We do have chickens on the side of the house that a neighbor will take care of and has access to them through the side gate. This is off limits for guests please! Residential family home: It's important to note that this is a full time residential family home, rented on occasion throughout the year and located within a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the home and current relationships with neighbors. It's of heightened importance that this home does not host parties of any sort and keeps music and noise quiet after 10pm each night.
