These beautiful St. Augustine Inns are nestled between the two oldest streets in America (Aviles and Cadiz). Our modern kitchen has beautiful stainless-steel appliances and is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, tea kettle, utensils, dishes, wine glasses, cups, etc. The large master bedroom has a tropical theme and offers a desk as the perfect place to pull out the laptop and work remotely. This luxurious room also comes with extra seating, a private patio, and mini fridge. The other bedrooms have king size beds as well and are equipped with room darkening blinds or curtains. You will find closets and dressers to store your items. Additional blankets are provided for cooler nights. The sleeper sofa is located in the living room and will be set up for group sizes of maximum guest count. The bathrooms are stocked with towels. Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and hand soap are provided. These products are free of paraben, sulfate, and phosphates. The en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom has a sizable shower, while the second bathroom offers a tub for relaxing baths. Bathroom cabinets and shelves offer storage for your hygiene products. Please note: The second bathroom is off the hallway and is for guests staying in bedrooms 2, 3, 4 and on the sleeper sofa. You have access to the entire home and pool area. Children are allowed, but please note that the house does not have any additional child-proofing features such as outlet covers, locked cabinets, or other secured storage spaces. Our backyard is fenced; however, the immediate pool area does not have a secondary fence. Children must be supervised at all times in the backyard and pool area.
