We have over 25 years in the real estate business and began vacation rental management in 2016 when we acquired Four Winds 302 and Royal Palms 1003.  Since that time we have moved to Gulf Shores to be hands on managers and have totally remodeled both condos and maintain them to a high degree.

Recently we changed cleaning companies so we could provide our own upgraded linens and towels plus superior paper products for our guests.  We want to host guests with accommodations we would expect for ourselves when traveling.  Everything you need to cook with are provided at each condo.  The TV's are all smart TV's and have the latest in streaming and cable options.  WiFi is high speed and free at our condos.

Prior to your stay we provide a comprehensive links to area restaurants, things to do, chair rentals etc.  Any special needs are promptly taken care of by me personally.
