With 19 years of experience, Beach and Snow Rentals is a family owned business that was established with the purchase of our first vacation property in 2003. Our properties are located in the places we love to visit most – Wailea Beach Maui CA; , Laguna Beach CA; , Newport Beach CA; , and Mammoth Mountain CA; .
We purchased these properties with dreams of vacationing with all three generations of our family. The spacious living space, breathtaking ocean and mountain views, proximity to the beach, and ski lifts provide something for every member of our family. Whether we decide to spend the day together or apart, we meet up at home to watch the sunset over the ocean, or the nightfall kiss the mountains while enjoying appetizers and cocktails, a barbeque or a home cooked meal. A vacation in one of our properties is the perfect way for our family to reconnect. We hope that all our guests will enjoy similar experiences with their families.

We have designed and furnished each of our properties with all the added extras that make our house feel like home. You will find that each property has much more than just the basic rental property necessities. In addition, our local staff strive to provide our guests with exclusive luxury service.
