I am what they call a Francophile, meaning I love anything and everything French.  My Mother was French, family comes from the Alsace Region of France and my Daughter lives in France with my three Grandsons...so I fly for visits often.  When I was a child I lived in French Morocco, in Casablanca and then as I teenage I lived for 5 years in the Loire Valley of France.  I like celebrating all things French, the way of life, the wines and especially the cuisine.  In our cooking school we teach French cuisine.
