Celeste, a retired academic, has made her long standing interest in cooking and  entertaining a second career with the opening of The Bell Tower B&B over 3 years ago. She is an active community volunteer, interested in public health issues and Wallingford's rich history, which includes remnants of a utopian colony, the Oneida Community, and a former TB sanatorium.

Steven, a local architect, is active in downtown Wallingford revitalization and preservation.  An avid hiker, he can suggest walking alternatives in the area, including sections of the New England Trail, a nationally designated scenic trail which runs through Wallingford.
