About The Property
Totally Renovated!! This 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 and ½ bath villa has an upgraded kitchen which offers stainless steel appliances and new cabinets. The spacious living room is newly furnished and looks out on a peaceful lagoon with a fountain. There are new tile floors throughout the villa. The master has their own private balcony and a shorter balcony is also off the kitchen area. The master bedroom is furnished with a new king size bed and has its own private balcony. The master bathroom has been remodeled to include a state of the art walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a large dresser, nightstand and a flat panel TV. The third bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds along with a twin size bed. Both of these rooms may share 2 bathrooms, a large full bath and a large 1/2 bath. All of the beds have new mattresses (2021). Xanadu Villas is an ocean-oriented complex with beautiful manicured landscaping and is close walking distance to the beach, Coligny Plaza and the new Celebration Park. **Call for daily rates & availability, some restrictions may apply**

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
