This condo offers a master bedroom with king bed and attached master bath with granite counter tops and tile flooring. The second bedroom offers two queen beds. Other features include flat screen smart TVs in every room, sleeper sofa in the living room, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. This condo creates a large and spacious stay for you and your guests. The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. - Luxury Linen package included! - 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season. - This is a non smoking building. Including balconies. Smoking is permitted in designated areas - 25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. - No motorcycles, trailers, golf carts or pets allowed on the premises. - Parking limited to two vehicles

Cancellation Policy
Travel Renter will be refunded rental fees paid less $100 administrative fee for cancellations of condos or non oceanfront houses and $1000 for cancelations of oceanfront house rentals, providing that renter advises Luxury Beach Rentals up to 30 days for condos or non oceanfront houses and 60 days for oceanfront houses prior to check-in date. Cancellations within these time frames of check-in date will be refunded rental fees collected for re-renting less the administrative fee if able to re-rent the property.
