Welcome to Seaside Villas # 331!! The Villas at Seaside are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.. This 1 bedroom/1 bath unit has been newly remodeled (2020) and offers a fantastic ocean view from the living area and balcony and is just steps to the beach. This beautiful villa has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator ! Bedroom has a new King size bed and large chest of drawers for all your belongings. The bathroom has been newly remodeled (2021) and has a beautiful walk in shower. The entire villa has gorgeous wood look tile. This villa is rare for Seaside Villas in that it has 2 ZONE CLIMATE CONTROL; one for the living room/kitchen and one for the bedroom. Most units only have one loud A/C unit in the wall that does not cool/heat the bedroom area. This condo sleeps 4 with a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. You’ll find Seaside Villa is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Seaside is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean. **Call for daily rates & availability, some restrictions may apply**

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
