The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV, large closet and a full bath with tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV, and full bath as well. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and a 3rd full bathroom This unit provides two living areas, so children may have their own space, with mom and dad being able to relax in the living room. With the inimitable shopping, dining and recreation of Harbour Town just a few minutes away by car, this unit is a secluded gem allowing you to relax and recharge, while also providing all of the activities and attractions of Sea Pines at your disposal. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Any rentals cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund minus the Reservation fee. This fee is nonrefundable. No reservations may be cancelled within 30 days or less of the arrival date for your stay. Full payment is required and no refunds will be issued. We recommend travel insurance which will reimburse you for your entire stay should you have a qualifying reason. All Reservations made for a duration of 28 nights or longer are non refundable, travel insurance is highly recommended
