Levi was an old hermit who lived in the miner's cabin located on the property. In the late 1890s he mysteriously disappeared.
This weekend begins Friday evening with wine and Hors d’oeuvres. Mr. Stewart the innkeeper begins by telling Levi’s story and passing out background on your character. You will learn about other people who are part of the plot.
The characters will get together at breakfast and high tea and dessert to go over the clues. Find out Sunday morning at breakfast what really happened to Levi and why he is still unsettled.

This mystery is set in the wine region of Napa Valley, California. Five years ago, Barry Underwood, owner of the prestigious Underwood Wine Estates, mysteriously disappeared during the valley’s annual wine festival. A massive search at the time failed to turn up any clues and the case has been in the FBI’s unsolved files since then.
Now, five years later, it is once again the annual wine festival in Napa Valley. Last night, family and friends gathered at he stately Underwood mansion to celebrate. At midnight, a minor earthquake shook the mansion, causing an old wooden floor in the wine cellar to buckle. Barry’s well preserved body was discovered under the cedar planks.
Enjoy an adult evening of mystery, intrigue, and delicious food - not to mention, GREAT ENTERTAINMENT & FUN! This is an interactive murder mystery party game in which you the guests for the evening become characters suspected of the crime in question. Sunday morning after breakfast you can record your solution to the mystery just before we reveal the murderer.
We have two mysteries, both based on the same characters and involving a fictional history of our house. The first mystery, Houser's Final Brew, is set in 1923. The sequel, Jimmy Fixes a Flat, is set in 1931. Both have had excellent reviews and are a lot of fun.
