This dog friendly 3BR townhome accommodates 10 in an environment of modern luxury. A spacious living area features large windows, a stone fireplace and HDTV, & a newly remodeled kitchen offers granite countertops & a 6-burner stove. This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 10 if children are included. It cannot host more than 8 adults. This applies 24/7. CDC-compliant cleaning & no-contact check-in. The lower level of the home is the master bedroom w/ a king bed, HDTV w/ cable & an ensuite bathroom w/ double vanity, jacuzzi bath & walk in shower. The second bedroom, also on the lower level, has two queen beds & access to a hallway bathroom with a single sink & shower/tub combo. The third bedroom w/ 2 sets of twin bunk beds & an HDTV is on the main level & shares access to a full hallway bathroom w/ a single sink & shower/tub combo. There's parking spaces for 2 cars: a single car garage & 1 driveway space. Additional guest parking is available on a first come, first served basis in limited shared complex parking area. Even though this is a townhome complex, there are no shared amenities such as pool or hot tubs. Pets: 1 dog 35lbs or under allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog. This home has air conditioning--a rare find in Tahoe.
