The Property: For a property that is so affordable, it's nice to see that the interior has been nicely renovated, furnished, and decorated with guests in mind.  The main room is one big open space that includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living room area.  The living room has comfy furniture for up to 6 people to gather together, all focused around a gas fireplace with beautiful stonework that warms you up with the flip of a switch.  There's also a large HDTV and stereo system for your entertainment.  Hardwood floors and area rugs help complete this inviting space.  The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can prepare meals at home and save money if you like.   The dining table is a large square table that seats 6, perfect for meals or games.  The bedrooms are a good size and ideal for all sorts of groups.  Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, so it's ideal for couples.  Bedroom 2 has a Twin over Twin bunk bed and a Twin over Futon bunk bed.  So that's 3 Twins and a Full / Double, making this room ideal for kids or singles. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and Blu Ray players.  When you're not sleeping, the futon bed in bedroom 2 can be folded up into a couch, which makes this space a sort of second living room.  The full bathroom is right next to the two bedrooms, accessible from the hallway.  The vanity has granite counters and the large bathtub is surrounded by nice tile.   The Location: The property is within the mountain village area, close to the ski slopes, restaurants, shops and bars.  You can walk down the street and pick up the free city bus, which heads right over to Gondola Square, or you can walk over to Gondola Square on the Mountain Sneak trail.  It's a paved, and in winter a snow plowed) trail that leads right to Gondola Square.   The location also offers western views across the Yampa Valley for beautiful sunsets over Emerald Mountain.    Access, and Parking: This condo offers you easy entry.   It's ground floor, so there are no steps required.  Access is easy too.  The lockbox ensures that even late night arrivals are simple and contactless.  There are two parking lots, one on each end of the building, one of which is very close to the condo.  The spaces are not assigned and generally there is ample parking.  Please note that trailers are not allowed, typically.  If you will have a trailer, please contact us before booking, to confirm if it might be possible to park it onsite.  If not, we can provide you with  information and options for parking the trailer offsite.
