Off-site parking is available.  Additional information about parking is listed below.   Please contact us prior to booking with any questions. ** Ski Time Square 503, by Mountain Vacation Lodging, is a "Pet Free" penthouse level condo with 2 bedrooms + a loft, in the heart of the Steamboat Ski Resort’s base area.  The condo has a 2 Queens + 2 Twins, so it sleeps up to 6 without anyone on a couch.  4 singles?  No problem!  Everyone gets their own bed.  2 Couples + 2 singles / 2 kids?  You're all set!  1 Couple plus 3-4 kids?  This condo is perfect for you.  With an easy walk to trails, slopes, ski school, restaurants, shops, and local transportation, there is no need for a car - everything is right out your door!  Please read on for more details.   The Property: At over 1100 square feet, Ski Time Square 503 is larger than most standard 2-Bedrooms in the base area, and with this condo, you get the loft space as a bonus!  It's a top floor unit with 20 foot high vaulted ceilings in the living room and 15 foor high ceilings in the upper level bedroom.  The big windows in these rooms provide lots of natural light which add a spacious feel.  The condo is laid out on two levels.  The entry level consists of the first bedroom, a full bathroom, the kitchen, the living and dining room, and a large balcony with amazing views.   There is also an entry nook with a bench and storage for your coats and hats.  The upper level includes the second bedroom, another full bathroom, and the loft bedroom, which overlooks the living room below.  In 2016, upgrades to the property included the addition of granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, new cabinets & appliances, as well as new paint & furniture. Enjoy complimentary wireless internet and beautiful sunsets.    Shared Amenities - this condo complex has: – 2 Outdoor Hot Tubs – Sauna – Fitness Equipment – Heated, Indoor, Ground Level Ski Lockers  – Laundry facilities – Trails for Skiing, Hiking, & Biking ~ 150 Meters – Restaurants, shops, events & activities ~ 150 Meters – Free city bus nearby ~ 200 Meters Location: Ski Time Square is right at the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort base, and everything is walkable.  The edge of the ski slopes is only about 150 meters from the building.  With ski lockers at the entrance, heading out for a few runs or coming home for lunch is super easy.  Want to head out for some Apres Ski drinks and food?  You’ll have lots of great restaurants to choose from.  Enjoy all the activities, events, shops and dining options of the base area when you stay here.  If you want to hit the supermarkets or check out downtown Steamboat, the free city bus picks up about 200 meters from the building, and can get you pretty much anywhere in town.  If you are headed outside of town for a snowmobile tour, sleigh ride dinner, or a dip in the Strawberry Park Hot Springs?  Those companies have shuttles that will pick you up and drop you back off.  No need to worry about parking or driving in winter conditions.  When you stay here, the location makes having a car unnecessary. Arrival, Accessibility, and Parking: Once you book, we're here to support you.  We will provide you with arrival instructions and answer any specific questions you might have.  Accessing this property does require stairs.  You can get to the building without stairs, but from the most convenient drop off point, a half a flight of stairs up or down is required.  There is also a half a flight of stairs between the entrance and the elevator.  Once inside, everything is on one level, except for the Queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom, which has its own private area, downstairs from the main level of the condo.  Parking is not currently available at this condo complex. There is street parking along Ski Time Square, but with the base area ski slopes being right out your door, that street parking is popular and limited to 2 hours.  Paid overnight parking structures exist within walking distance.  The Ski Time Square condos HOA has worked with the city to secure free parking for its residents and guests, at Emerald Park.  This includes overnight parking.  Emerald Park is 2 miles away and the city's free bus provides free rides to and from the area via the Red and Blue bus lines and the bus stops at Trafalger Drive and US 40, approximately 0.3 miles from the parkeing lot.  Uber is an option as well, and free overnight parking options may available in other areas.  Summary: This condo offers good quality, a nice set of onsite amenities, a great location, and an arrangement of beds that make it comfortable for all sorts of group dynamics.  Book online with confidence as our highly trained Vacation Rental Specialists, who are available 7 days per week, can help complete your booking.   ** Disclosures/Disclaimers: ** Rental Agreements, Security Deposits, Rental Requirements - All hotels and rental properties have some rules and are subject to some amount of laws or regulations.  Please look for and review any Rental Agreement terms, House Rules, and or Terms and Conditions presented during the online booking process.  After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided.  All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking, and prior to occupying the property. There may be other requirements.  For example, Guests may be required to provide additional information about the group that will occupy the property and or identification documents.  Background checks may be performed, and in some areas are required by local law.  Guests may be required to provide a credit card and or a refundable security/damage deposit.  We will be in touch after you book to gather additional information and to email you the rental agreement, which you can sign electronically - no printer required.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before booking. ** Amenities - Some private or shared amenities may not be available for guest use during certain periods.  Some amenities, when part of a property, may close daily, seasonally, or for maintenance.  As such, all amenities can not be guaranteed to be available at all times.  Please advise us when or before booking if you have questions about a specific property amenity so that we can give you the most accurate information possible for your dates. ** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning.  During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed.  Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties.   Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos. ** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups.  Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size.  Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking.  The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required. ** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home.  Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property.  If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property.  For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary.  Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit.
