The oceanfront master bedroom has a king-sized bed and also has access to the enclosed balcony. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two double beds and a twin trundle. There is also a queen-sized sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 9 people comfortably. Including everything you should need for a great vacation, the unit has Cable/High speed internet/wifi, a washer/ dryer, plus a full kitchen. Other building amenities include one parking space, an elevator and 24 hour on-site security. Additional paid parking is available on a first come first serve basis. **There is a $50 Atlantis non-refundable amenity fee charged by the building. It is not included in the price at time of booking and will need to be paid to the building upon check-in at the resort to receive a parking pass, etc. Credit card only, no cash** Located in the heart of uptown Ocean City there are many restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping & grocery stores close by. Right next door is the Ashore resort, with an ocean front restaurant, a walk-up bar, live music, and a pub. *Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25. Also, this is a non-smoking property including E-cigs and Vapes. This condo does not allow pets, sorry. *Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $137.50. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant.
