About The Property

Our "Mountain Hawk" is a brand new build (completed in 2023) and is the perfect layout to host your family or friends! TWO master bedrooms are located on the main level with HEATED tile floors, King rooms on the lower level are connected with a jack-n-jill bath with heated tile floors as well as ample room in the loft for the kids! Located near Island Park Reservoir, this home gives you the perfect opportunity to get out on the water, explore the hundreds of miles of trails or simply relax in this beautiful home and take in the views. One of the many perks of this gated community is access to their boat launch with vinyl docks, park, shelter and fire pit area right on the lake! You can rent snowmobiles or ATVs in town to adventure or take a slower approach and sit atop a horse for a tour of the area just 2 miles away! After a day full of fun, head back to the house and cook your favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen and don’t forget to leave time to relax in the brand new hot tub as well. COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS: ~ CLEANING: We have implemented updated and thorough cleaning procedures to help keep you and your loved ones safe and healthy ~ YELLOWSTONE West Entrance: About a 40 minute drive (depending on traffic) ~ FISHING: Access to Island Park Reservoir is only about a 3 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk to the community park and boat launch. There are also other various access points around the lake. CLEANING: While we (KABINO) have always gone to great lengths to best maintain and prepare our homes for guest arrivals, we've since updated our operating and cleaning protocols in light of COVID-19. We are committed to implementing and maintaining detailed, rigorous, and comprehensive cleaning protocols between each guest departure to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and safety in adherence to guidance issued by the Center for Disease Control, the World Health Organization, and state and local regulations. We follow EPA recommendations for approved disinfecting products and solutions, and we clean, disinfect, and sanitize all high-touch surfaces. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests and service-providers come into contact with, including (but not limited to) keys, doorknobs, handrails, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. All linens and towels are washed in between each guest.
