Seasonal Amenities from Memorial Day to Labor Day: - A recreational center with a pavilion, lounge, and snack bar (Clubhouse Towamensing). - Outdoor picnic area, basketball, volleyball, tennis courts, and playground. - 2 outdoor pools (plus a kiddie pool), beach, and lake access with kayak and paddle board rentals. - A stocked lake where fishing is allowed with PA Fishing License (catch-and-release). Please note: - Must be 25 years of age or older. - Hot Tub Rules are posted on premises and must be followed. - Neighborhood quiet hours begin at 11PM. - There is a strict no open fire and no firework rule in this community. - All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior of the house and grounds when terminating your stay and brought to the dumpster. - 8 amenity wristbands are provided and more cannot be purchased. 8 is the max allowed by the community. Children under 5 do not need a wristband. Wristband must be worn on wrist at all times when using community amenities. - The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community.
