Washington Hotel and adjacent to the Mount Pleasant golf course. No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations. -Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes. -We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects. Parking is limited to protect the property and surroundings. Please do not park on the grass and be mindful of neighbors who may use adjacent parking areas. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially Quiet Hours (10 pm - 8 am), Parking Limitations (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no Trash left outside must be followed. Overflow is located less than a mile away at the ski resort base area. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds.
