Downstairs is the family room/kids bedroom with 4 single beds (2 singles with 2 trundle beds) large screen "Smart" TV, lots of games and movies! There is also a half bath on this level. The guest house has 2 bedrooms, both with private bathrooms. The queen room has a gas fireplace and a private bathroom, upstairs has 2 singles also with a private bath. Once you get to this home and the fridge is stocked and you are settled, plan on just staying because there is no reason to leave!
