Plates, bowls, cups, utensils, pots and pans are all provided in the home for you. Living Room The living room has an edgy feel with the red leather sofa, and two white leather chairs. Enjoy the 55" TV with streaming services. A special feature of this home includes the remote-controlled storm shutters (provided to add barrier for any excess noise coming from the area), and curtains! Bedroom A loft-style bedroom with a Queen sized bed is waiting for you just up the stairs. The room has a sliding door closet along with a dresser for storing clothing and items. Watch the 43" TV with streaming services from the comfort of the bed! Bathroom Just outside of the bedroom door, the bathroom boasts a large walk-in tiled shower with rain shower head. Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash are provided for your convenience. Parking: You will be able to park 1 car in the assigned parking space provided in the building’s attached parking garage. Parking is labeled inside the garage. Any additional vehicles may utilize paid street parking provided by the City of Wilmington. Entering: A stairwell will lead you from the private parking garage to the lobby of the building. You will be staying in the central business district, walking distance to everything great about downtown: a few blocks to the Riverwalk, CFCC, the Wilson center for performing arts, Brooklyn Arts district, shops, restaurants, bars and lounges. Pontiac Place is a safe, secure, quiet residential condominium building just far enough away from the main Market street area to avoid much of the late-night weekend noise, but close enough to easily walk to all the hot spots. Note: the alley behind the loft may be lively during the weekends. Also note that you are staying in a building with several permanent residents so respect for them by being quiet in common areas is expected and appreciated. Free parking for one vehicle in on-site underground garage. Avoid the hassle and cost of on-street or valet parking. Dozens of restaurants within a 15 minute walking distance.
