Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.BUILDING AMENITIESThere are two 40-story towers and the towers are connected on the 11th floor recreation deck. The recreation deck has an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, and sunbathing deck. The BBQ area is located on the 5th floor. Secured building entry and 24/7 security. Owners unfortunately have no control over the outside work and noise. The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays. We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours.
