This condo is on the fourth floor and the building has an elevator. **There is a $40 Pyramid non-refundable amenity fee charged by the building. It it not included in the price at time of booking and will need to be paid to the building upon check-in at the resort to receive a parking pass, etc.** * Rental is not available to groups under the age of 25.
