There is also a sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. Maresol condos feature an outdoor pool, tennis courts and an elevator. There are two assigned parking spots, one covered and one uncovered. Condo is a short walk to some of the best restaurants and bars in town: Seacrets, Fagers Island, Mackys, Alley Oops, Tequila Frogs and 45th St. Taphouse to name a few. *Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.
