There is a queen size bed in the bedroom of the first floor of the apartment. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room on the first floor. The living room is able to be closed off and acts as a third bedroom. The stairwell leads to a loft area (the second bedroom) where we have a king bed set up and there is an en-suite full bathroom incorporated into the loft area as well. Located steps away from Jefferson Hospital and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shopping, you cannot beat this midtown / center city location. The cross streets are 10th and Locust. You are steps away from some of the best eating, drinking and shopping in the city. Only two blocks to the subway and public transportation. -Absolutely no parties. You will be evicted with no refund -Parking in this area can be tricky, please read all signage carefully.
