Additional notes: - Guests with large groups may also rent Ursa Minor, which is next door to 1st in Sugar. - This home is pet friendly, allowing dogs up to 40lbs for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet. - Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You'll receive two kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax. - Homeowner provides pack n play, high chair, and a gate at the top of the stairs for little ones. - AWD/4WD is required to access this home. The driveway is paved, but a steep climb up. - Garage is not available for guests. - Guests returning to 1st in Sugar may receive an additional discount of 10% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts to the room rent. - CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled with a 15+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 8-14 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of their reservation payments. Bookings canceled within 7 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
