The Lower Farm Bed and Breakfast is a historic farmhouse located in North Stonington, Connecticut. This AAA 3 diamond rated B&B features four well appointed guest rooms, each with a queen size bed, large private en-suite bath, a cozy sitting area with reclining Queene Anne chairs, wireless internet, and central air conditioning. Three of our guest rooms features a working fireplace and our fourth guest room offers a whirlpool tub.

Wake up each morning to a full country breakfast served by candlelight in front of the original open hearth. When you step into the Inn you will step back to a simpler time when the large open hearth fireplace in the Keeping Room was the center of daily life. Over four acres of gardens, lawns and cattail marsh beckon you to stroll, bird watch or nap in the hammock under the pine trees. Whatever season you choose to stay at the Lower Farm Bed and Breakfast you will find something to see or do. All the Mystic Country attractions are within a short drive.

Cancellations may be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. A full refund, excluding the cancellation fee, is available upon cancellation seven or more days prior to the date of arrival. Cancellations made less than seven days in advance of the day of arrival will be charged 50% of the cost of the full stay. The full cost of the stay will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours of the day of arrival, no-shows, and early departures

Far exceeded our expectations. We just wanted to get away for a night to spend time alone and away from traffic and the hustle and bustle of our day-to-day. Mary and Jon are charming people and have really put heart and soul into making this an ideal respite for weary travelers. We liked it so much, we are going back this weekend!

The house was welcoming, the grounds were perfect, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The breakfasts were remarkable and filling. Mary and Jon always made sure we felt as we were at home and that we had everything we needed. We will certainly be back!

FANTASTIC Food!! All homemade fresh for us. The innkeepers were wonderful and made us feel so at home. I love the old home and it's charm, plus the property is beautiful. Can't wait to go again!

We have been to many B&B's in New England, and our experience at the Inn at Lower Farm was the absolute best we have ever had. The setting and ambience of the Inn were fantastic and the the hospitality of the owners, Mary and Jon, was superb. They really make you feel like family, and Mary's breakfasts were scrumptious! Her fresh baked cookies are always available, and a late-night serving of gingerbread and whipped cream was a perfect ending to our day. The library/sitting room of the Inn is a wonderful place to read a book or just take a nap. The Inn is centrally located to the beautiful shoreline towns of Mystic and Stonington and their excellent restaurants, two casinos, and several wineries (we highly recommend the Jonathan Edwards Winery which was only 3 miles up the road). All in all we could not have had a better stay, and we agree that it is the ONLY B&B we've visited that we definitely want to visit again.

We wanted to get away for a weekend and just enjoy a quiet relaxing stay. The Inn at Lower Farm was the perfect place for this. Outstanding hospitality, delicious breakfasts, friendly and accomodating hosts.

My husband and I stayed there in the 14th and 15th of June. It was very enjoyable. The grounds were spacious and very well maintenanced. A nice hammock was smack in the middle and was very relaxing. The food was wonderful and the inkeepers were very helpful and pleasant. I would reccomend this place and rate it 4 stars. Debbie & Alan

This was my first time staying at a B&B and I thought the Inn at Lower Farm was fabulous! The Innkeepers are wonderful people. The room was clean and beautiful! We stayed in the Sara Lynn room and the bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was wonderful! The best was the breakfast. I have terrible food allergies and it was no big deal. I was able to eat a huge breakfast, just like everyone else. I would recommend this Inn to everyone!
