Cancellation Policy:

Our administrative fee for ALL changes to existing reservations is $25.00. The fee for ALL cancellations is $25 OR 10% (whichever is greater). A refund LESS cancellation fee is issued if cancellation occurs 14 days or more prior to the scheduled date of arrival (21 days for special events and/or holidays and groups). For reservations cancelled LESS than 14/21 days before the scheduled date of arrival, the reservation prepayment is NON-REFUNDABLE. "No-Show" guests and "Early Departures" are considered cancellations within the non-refundable period. There are no exceptions to this policy. Large groups and reservations for the entire inn are subject to special cancellation periods, which are specified on an individual basis. Please contact us for details prior to making a reservation!

Pets Welcome

Any pet, any size. We have a pet fee of $25 per pet/night; non-refundable for the extra cleaning that is done upon check out. Pet sitting is available at the Inn upon your request, for $12 per hour. We have a fenced area for pets, also.
